Delete My Data
You have the right to request deletion of your Unite-ED account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how the deletion process works and lets you submit a request. Your request is governed by our Privacy Policy.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
- In the Unite-ED app — open Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion and follow the prompts. Your request is recorded and reviewed by our team, and you may cancel a pending request from the same screen before it is processed.
- By email — send a deletion request to admin@myunite-ed.com from the email address on your account. Use the form below to compose this email automatically.
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, including your profile, parent/guardian, educator, or co-op/learning-center records, and related account information. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we may contact you at the email on file to confirm.
Submit a Deletion Request
Fill out the form below and click Send Deletion Request. This will open your email app with a pre-filled message addressed to our privacy team. Review and send the email to complete your request.
